Room hire
Below are some guidelines that we would ask that you follow while using our dance facility:
· Please sign the Room Use book.
· If you are using the room on a regular basis you will receive a key
to the building. We ask that you return this key to us at the end of your
hire period.
· If you are using the room on a casual basis you will need to collect
a key immediately prior to using the room.
· We will bill you on a monthly basis for the use of the facility.
Costs for room hire are as follows:
These rates have changed revised in August of 2010 to
reflect the heat pump being included.
Personal casual hire:
member: $7 per hour (heating included)
Non member: $11 per hour (heating included)
Professional casual hire:
$11 per hour (heating included)
(note: 'professional hire' = dance teachers or anyone charging for classes/sessions/workshops etc)
Day hire: (note: day
hire implies am and pm hire)
per hour as above to a max of $110. heating included
Regular professional hire:
member: $9 per hour
non member: $11 per hour
Concession rates for long term hires will be considered
All discounts/concessions will be decided at a committee meeting
